Firstly - great job with 0.4, really enjoying it so far!
I've been sifting through the XML files hoping to find a way to customise the suspects' loadouts. For the "Armed Suspects in Vehicle" callout in particular, I usually don't even need to attack - my backup NPCs come along and just take them down. It'd be great to add some SMGs and some body armour to beef them up a bit.
I tried changing the "Default" loadout in the XML files in case the suspects used that, but no luck. I also noticed that the paramilitary suspects do use some sort of SMG, so perhaps it's determined by vanilla GTA rather than LSPDFR?
Anyone had any luck getting suspects to use non-default weapons?
