    It crashes when I load the game up. I'm currently reinstalling it at this moment of time so I cannot provide the logfile.

    Yeah, all of a sudden this error came up right after i installed a pack via openiv installer. The error randomly popped up so I uninstalled and still the error is there. Any help? Is this issue LSPDFR related or the game related?

    Yeah what happened is I added a pack via package installer to gta 5, and this error popped up err_gfx_d3d_init so i uninstalled it and replaced it with a police pack and the error is still continuing, tried to restart steam and nothing. Can anyone offer me advise for this issue? Thanks.
