How do you get the bike siren to work with els? I've tried it but it's just a mute siren

After i upgraded to 0.4.2 it will not load It was working fine before i upgraded to 0.4.2 RagePluginHook_17062019_194401.log

This happens even with loads of peds

It happens with and without ultimate backup

I've installed some new ped models But the backup officers still keep the default uniform And normal non backup officers have the new uniform
