The default RCV in GTAV is actually really cool i think. It'd be awesome if someone could just take the default model and switch it to ELS maybe add a bit more lighting wouldn't have to be fancy just an ELS RCV would be amazing if someone is willing. Also seen other mention they'd like one too so I thought I'd start a forum post. So thanks in advance to anyone who does this or points me towards an ELS RCV i just wasn't able to find.

When i replaced the carcols.ymt it was 100kb smaller than the one in the game will that cause problems?

when editing the agency_eup.xml before the loadout of each agency it says <loadout chance=(addnumberhere)> and then it has all the different vehicles. I've always assumed this is how it works but I'd like correcting if i am wrong: The loadout chance meant the chance for the loadout to spawn ambiently if that flag is active and the car and ped chances were out of 100 chance to spawn this car/ped or that car/ped ie the vehicle/ped chance is separate from the loadout chance correct?- 262 comments

I'm been trying to add more weapons that the AI police can use but it's not working, i think i need the weapons IDs like ID as in <Model>WEAPON_CARBINERIFLE</Model> but the one for the special carbine i thought it would be <Model>WEAPON_SPECIALCARBINE</Model> but that didnt work so if you have a list or a a reason why just adding new weapons doesn't work please comment.

Didn't work but thx for commenting though. meant to send this like two days ago but it didn't work and i had an idea in the meantime. Do you know all the locations riot2 is in .meta files? maybe im editing the wrong one or something.

The right rear door cant be opened by player or AI and yes i downloaded the fix, still didnt work. -
For like the past 2 days I've been trying to get riot2 the water cannon van to have multiple liveries instead of just one but its not working. Normally you just put FLAG_HAS_LIVERY in the flags section of the .meta file but that doesn't work for riot2. If anyone knows why this isn't working for riot2 and why it has a special livery system or why I am just being stupid please comment.

A while back i had a windows update that broke the sound on LSPDFR, after the windows update happened all the of GTAV ie gunshots, sirens, car sound got quieter but the dispatch sounds ie the dispatch lady and the things the cops say like "this is victor-13 we're at the little coffee shot around the corner" and stuff like that got a LOT louder so now my ears get beaten when i try to play LSPDFR but if i turn down the volume so that doesnt happen i cant hear the rest of the game at all. If anyone has any idea how to fix this and is willing to help please comment.
