  2. @midnight900 Thanks for all your help, but I just got open iv and the files show up on there. I just installed a Tahoe and Crown Victoria perfectly. Thanks again for the support.
  3. Yeah, I think I'm using the right version, and yes I run it as an administrator. Do I have to install it in the gta directory? Because right now it is on my desktop in a random folder.
  4. Yeah, I know all of the steps for spark IV, but when I click import, the wft and wtd. files aren't in the desktop folder where I extracted them.
  5. Thanks a lot guys, but one last question. My spark IV doesnt recognize the vehicle folders on my desktop when I try to import them. I click cdimages, vehicles, edit, import, desktop, and the wft, and wtd files aren't there. Any ideas on what I am doing wrong?
  6. I got the game to work and I can go on duty, but now the taser won't deploy after hitting alt t twice. And I can't figure out how to aim, thanks for the support.
  7. Sorry, I thought I already had patch 1.0.7.0. But now I installed the patch and no the E drive is my external hardrive which I'm using so gta doesn't take up too much space on my computer. I deleted dsound and xliveless from the games folders and it runs fine but I cant go on duty when I press alt+p. There is no red circle at the station. There is a picture of the diagnostic below which says im missing some things. I have both scripthooks in the scripts folder.
  8. Hi, I am new to this game and bought gta iv for lcpdfr because it looks like an awesome addition to the game. I have patch 1.0.7.0 installed, with no mods, but I get a message saying gta iv has stopped and is checking for a solution. If I put xliveless and the scripthook in the main directory, the diagnostic says everything is good but then the diagnostic says stopped and checking for solution. If I put the xliveless and scripthook in the scripts folder, the diagnostic says asi not found as well as c++ scripthook and .net scripthook not found and gta iv starts up for a second and goes away. I am very confused and if some could please tell me how to fix this issue, I would greatly apppreciate it. EDIT: If i copy the xliveless and scripthooks from the scripts folder and paste them in the main directory, the diagnostic says it is good, but the game still says it stopped and is checking for solution.
