  2. I wouldn't call them that. Often times when let's say there is a Fire at the Burger King at 4.17 AM. You won't see news van there, you'll Stringers. They're there to fulfill all of our nosy needs lol
  3. Stringers listen in on PD/Fire/EMS Radio for calls. And as you said they record and take photos of the scene. They then sell it to the News Station who'll give them the most money for it.
  4. Cant really help you there. My vehicles are for FiveM and are optimized for FiveM. Im sure they're a few videos on how to properly make FiveM vehicles work in Singleplayer

  6. Those also affect it. Size i believe is the size of the bloom, not really sure what Pull does but i do know it affects it Neato. I dont really know if it was modeled after Unit 90E. I saw Several Vehicles it like on policecarwebsite.com and based it on those
  7. Mess with the Intensity, Pull, and Size in the carcols. Lowering them will work
