Hey
my game is still crashing upon entering the police station in GTA 4 EFLC
yes I did a complete clean install I went into my eflc folder and basically deleted everything out of it then reinstalled the game
next i then used the automatic installer for lcpdfr 1.0
haven't tried on gta4 yet only gta4 EFLC
