Hey man I live in Sweden and how can I use this? It do now work in my country? Do i have to change language on my computer to use this?

Hey everyone. Im back with my problem. And Now I have a video with my problem. My sirens wont work it just makes a sound when i try to turn on the sirens. And here is the video so you can understand my problem....Have i broken the sirens? Or whats wrong? here is the video.... I have 2 Languages on this video first is Swedish then English. Just so you know! GO TO 1:00 in the video, there i speak English!

Hey everyone. I have a huge problem. I have tried everything..... My sirens wont work. It does just a strange sound... lights and sirens not working. I have tried to uninstall my game and install it again...but it wont work... I have checked everywhere on the internet for help but i dont find it. Does anyone know what the problem is? And the file is not over the limit...And it do not still work.....I can make a video if you want to see what i mean if you dont understand. And it gets more strange, ADD-ON cars work great with the lights and sirens but not the other cars..... So please if you know what the problem is tell me.....
