    I reinstalled everything like GTA V, LSPDFR and my mods/plugins and it everything works just fine now Sorry for wasting your time.

    So today i have install some cars mods all of them work (most of them worked) then i wanted to get some plugins like:Stop the ped, arrest manager ect ectand after i done those i though it is working in game but it is not at all and i have no idea how to fix then a few mins i tried getting in the game and it will say something like "LSPDFR Has crashed" on start or even when i go on duty after the game won't even load sort of it takes about 2 mins to get in the game.
