    The Texture called 'code3_21TR_diffuse' inside the .ytd's should allow you to switch the colours using by changing around the textures in the top left of it The lighting will most likely be the wrong way in game depending on how it was set up

    I'm guessing your meaning the ones in the description, If you are go to GTA5 mods and search the name of the creator that is @ 'ed above the pack you want and it should bring up all of that persons packs

    There's a issue with GTA / Rage that makes Decals not show up on player / ped models, That's most likely the reason why they aren't showing up

    If your meaning them not showing up, That is a issue with the latest GTA update and you had to do something when launching the game to make them work but I forget what, I think you had to launch Rage once your in the game or something like that
