I have this problem as well. I excluded the Steam folder, GTA V folder, and RagepluginHook.exe from Windows Defender and allowed RPH from the firewall... still doesn't work. Then I reinstalled RPH and that still doesn't work. It does the same thing that is happening to you; you click on RPH, it hangs on the taskbar for 2 seconds then closes itself. Even if you can get to the settings it closes itself even when you aren't doing anything whatsoever.

Sorry, I still cannot find a livery that is a transparent skin for the vehicle. 😓😓😓

There are liveries that are named ford_sign_1, but they are marked liveries and they don't show up.

Hello, I am trying to add a skin for POLICECO's 2016 Ford Taurus. But whatever I name it, whether it be FPIS_SIGN_1 or TAU_SIGN_1, it does not show up and that it loads up in black.

I kept thinking that it was memory allocation error, so I downloaded this custom game configs and chose the 1.5x peds and vehicles game config, downloaded this heap adjuster thing and packfile limit adjuster, however that does not work. The plugins I have so far are Assorted Callouts, Computer+, First Callouts, Interaction+, LSPDFR+, PeterUCallouts, Stoptheped, and traffic policer with the latest updates. LSPDFR, RagePlugInHook, and ScriptHookV are also all updated to their latest. I have 12 modded police cars and deleting them does not fix the crashes. RagePluginHook.log

Not OP, but I too cannot launch RPH and my LSPDFR, ScriptHookV, and GTA V are all up to date.

I cannot find it anywhere and I would like to have it as one of my sheriff fleet 😟
