Let me have a look. I did manage to fix mine. It seems that you have a mod or plugin for backup and it couldn't find an xml file for it, so make sure you installed something properly if it was something such as Ultimate Backup, with none of the folders missing: This is the key line. Could not find file 'F:\Program Files\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\LSPDFR\backup.xml'.

Update: The blip not appearing on the minimap issue is limited to PeterUCallouts.

Update: This specific problem fixed- can be closed. I edited a config key for Smart Radio and I guess it didn't like having a period key there. I do have another problem with callouts though, which can be found here: https://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/92140-callouts/?tab=comments#comment-591533

In addition, all of the police characters seem to be wearing peculiar hats, parachutes, some with green hoodies and glitching uniform, others with strange beige shirts. I had EUP, but it didn't work(I had this problem while having it- the menu would never come up), so I manually removed some of its folders and am still left with the same problem.

Hello, Once I enter the police station, everything is fine until I select 'Go On Duty'. The game briefly sets me on duty, and then I get the options for the garage and locker as usual- but then the game freezes abruptly and crashes. The log is attached. Help is appreciated! Some other problems I'm having is that some functions of mods don't work- e.g. the H key for Traffic Policer. however, the scene management menu works, and most other things. Another issue there has been is that most of the time I only get 'driver under the influence callouts'.

Assorted Callouts and PeterUCallouts. I do accept the call but I still don't get any blip, and I don't think it registers because a few moments later I get another callout that is different which does work.

When I get callouts, sometimes it shows me the location of it on the minimap, and other times it does not. Most of the time it does not. I don't know where the roads are so I rely on the minimap. Does anyone know why this is and how to fix it? Please help if you can!
