2021 Dodge Charger y Chevrolet Silverado Guardia Nacional de México ESPAÑOL Con motivo de los festejos patrios mexicanos del 2022, me permito compartirles los modelos Dodge Charger y Chevrolet Silverado pertenecientes a la Guardia Nacional de México, con sus respectivas banderas que utilizan en la tradicional Parada Militar del 16 de septiembre. Estos modelos son Non-ELS, por lo tanto, son menos personalizables una vez dentro del juego que sus contrapartes ELS. La principal ventaja de los Non-ELS es que permiten crear códigos de flasheo de las torreras más realistas y usan el sistema de iluminación del juego. ENGLISH On the occasion of the Mexican national celebrations of 2022, I would like to share with you the Dodge Charger and Chevrolet Silverado models belonging to the Mexican National Guard, with their respective flags used in the traditional Military Parade on September 16. These models are Non-ELS, therefore they are less customizable -once in-game- than their ELS counterparts. The main advantage of Non-ELS is that they allow you to create more realistic turret flashcodes and use the game's lighting system. ¡VIVA MÉXICO!- 3 comments

Hey guys, I have been working on a replace, Non-ELS cop car for GTA V with a custom lightbar pattern. I made it work in the game, by extracting and editing the carcols.ymt and the carvariations.ymt files with OpenIV and NotePad++. But I would like to make this process easier, by programming an assembly.xml file and a .oiv executable ¿It is possible to edit .ymt (PSO/RSC) files using xml code? Just like when modding the dlclist.xml or the extratitleupdatedata.xml?

MEXICAN FEDERAL POLICE Updated August 30, 2021 This mod will be the basis for future paintings of the police of Mexico. This package includes: The most popular cars used by Mexican police to provide public-safety, made by ME and other collaborators. This pack is not completly finished, I´m aiming to introduce some other models, like the Nissan Tsuru. Paintings of the Federal Police of Mexico, among which are Federal Police, GAET Regional Security, GOPES, Gendarmerie and Digital Blue Camouflage Gendarmerie. Update Notes: Changed light bar pattern trying to match the pattern of the police cars of this video (not quite accurate). Video credits to JMagno98. Fixed the transparency on some pushbars. Now it´s going to be possible to use the bed of the trucks as a usable seat Main attributes of the mod: Detailed replicas of real cars used by the Federal Police of Mexico. Hands on wheel in all vehicles. Doors, trunks and chests work 100%. Vehicles do NOT disappear into the distance. Added a "multilivery" layer allowing models to have more than one paint in the game. Some models of trucks had the option to change attachements in the tail bed. You can choose from three types: Stock, Roads, Operational, and Assault. New models were added to the car pack. The lighting system of some models has been improved. Some cars that did not meet decent quality were removed. Main problems with the mod: Some vehicles have mediocre collisions. The handling physics of some cars might not be very realistic. The 2017 Chevrolet Silverado model does NOT break glass. The 2016 Ford Explorer model may fail to load into the game. I have been working on a custom car that allows multi-livery support (I made four skins for the car), and I would like to know if there is a way to add custom names to these skins. I notice that Simple Trainer may grant this, but I don´t know how to set it up. In my case, the trainer says "name not found" I let you a screenshot of Simple Trainer. The options for liveries are at the top left of the picture
