I have a simple question and was wondering if there was any way possible to do the following. Basically I have a DUI checkpoint and I want to open the traffic stop menu- to do things like see alcohol/ narcotic observations or ask the ped if they have been drinking etc. without triggering a traffic stop with my vehicle. I just want to walk down and open the menu basically. Any thoughts on how this would be possible? Thanks

I am trying to install an eup ped and according to the read me the files need to be placed in Mods/Update/Update.rpf/x64/eup/. The problem is that I have no EUP folder in this x64 folder and the ped modification requires one. How do I get this folder? Thanks

Yes I removed the plugins folder and it stopped the issue, but, I need the plugins folder to play lspdfr, as you probably know. I also figured out that the revive issue happens when I'm on very low health. My character will essentially fall over and faint, and I am put in this camera view, and EMS arrive and kind of revive me. Thanks so much for the help!

The problem is the fact that whenever I die as an officer, it puts me into the birds eye view camera and the EMS units come to revive me. However, this is getting very annoying because the ambulance takes very long and I am stuck in the camera and I can't seem to find the mod. Does anyone know of this mod I explained above? If so please tell me so I can remove it as soon as possible. Thanks

Yes they are and I did that but the ELS still won't work Here is my gta folder:

I installed ELS and some modded vehicles and put them in my latest patchday. I then loaded up my game and there was no changing or anything with the lights. Any ideas to why this is happening?

I noticed recently that I did not have a patchday folder so I reinstalled gta and all my mods. I then opened the files and there is still no patchday. Please help.. Here is the location it should be in. Thanks for any help
