didnt fix the problem, still freezes up my game

hello all, im having a problem with LSPDFR. i launch Rage hook plugin and it launches LSPDFR. after loading i have to create a new character because i just did a fresh install on LSPDFR. Well after like 1-2 minsit freezes my game and i cant do anything other than ALT-F4. i can do anything from just launching the game and sitting there or go the creating the character, both which the game freezes. attached is the logs. thanks in advanced RagePluginHook_25022020_222617.log RagePluginHook_25022020_223032.log RagePluginHook_25022020_223606.log

i need help. ive tried everything i can think of. i run gta 5 no problem, once i get to the menu i alt tab to run the rage hook. Once i run the hook, it says i have a slow system or insufficient permissions, i turn off my anti virus. i also made a exclusion in the firewall. LSPDFR was working fine before the rockstar launcher was introduced. now i cannot seem to get it working. Ive even tried a fresh install with no mods except for the mods you need for LSPDFR. Please help
