You guys all have great ideas and of course there's nothing wrong with coming up and fantasizing about possibilities. But taking in account the tremendous amount of effort it can take to make even the smallest changes to the game, and work around impossibilities, I will be more then happy being able to perform traffic stops and do arrests. For now... ;)

Hi, It's because you don't have a correct 'vehicles.ide' file in the gta -> common -> data folder. You can make changes in this file yourself, the way to do this is explained in the 'info' file you downloaded with the mod. You can also download any other mod that contains cars with multiple livery's and use the vehicles.ide file that comes with it. A correct vehicles.ide file is often part of a download for cars with multiple livery's. I hope you understand what I'm trying to explain ;)

The m_y_cop.wtd and the m_m_fatcop_01.wtd must be placed in the componentpeds.img and the other two (_p) in the pedprops.img. If you can't find these files there, I have no idea why...

Hi Abraxas, I have a very small issue, that you probably can't even call a bug. I use a tahoe as police2. I don't use ELS, so I have to use the mechanic a lot ;). But when I request a mechanic, he spawns on the hood of the tahoe and starts repairing air (vehicle does get fixed) Do you think there's anything that can be done about this? Greetz

Sorry for my late reaction. I'm glad you figured it out! Ps: Maybe you can lower you're graphic settings just a bit to make the game less laggy when you've got multiple policecars on screen. See ya Oh, and you didn't sound dumb to me. I guess R2 means it's best suitable for 0.95 r2, but i really have no idea, lol!

Hi Abraxas. I understand that all these bugreports from people give you a bit of a dissapointed feeling, but I'm sure you'll figure most things out. Remember, ALL mods have some problems in the beginning. I must say, after a couple of hours playing, I actually found it very stable for a first version. As you can also tell from people's reactions, overall it's a great mod!!!

You should really just try a traffic flow mod (download Traffic Flow v5 r2 from this site). If you have been able to install lcpdfr, a car and ELS you won't find it hard to install this. And this mod doesn't just spawn 1 car every ten seconds. It makes sure the traffic flows with all different sort of cars. You won't have more troubles with traffic congestions as usual;) Greetz

Nice job. Just wanted to let you know that the black screenshots are problably caused by you using an Aero desktop theme. If you change it to let's say the classic theme, screenshots should work just fine.

Dutch police uniform and hat for mycop and fatcop! Because I couldn't find a Dutch uniform for GTA 4 anywhere on the internet, I made it myself (for personal use). Then I thought that some of you might have been waiting for this so... here you are! To know: - Cops don't wear jackets.

Great script. Gives a lot more pleasure to the already great lcpdfr mod. Love the variance of calls in V1.1. Just 2 things that 'bother' me: - Alarmed ambulances drive by incindents all the time. - Often suspects keep hands up while being cuffed and after the've been cuffed But love it, great job!
