    I'm also having this exact same problem... "Unable to obtain folder permissions. Please close all other applications before trying again." I have closed all programs, turned off any defenders that were running, ran as administrator, etc., but it still doesn't work. Hopefully some day we'll get help?? As of right now, I can't play the game since issues can't be fixed.
