    I had to force RAGE plughook in to run GTA V in windowed mode to get it to load. Go to settings (in RAGE pluginhook), in "Game settings" open "Command line switches" and mark "windowed mode" If I started in ordinary mode, I only got to the main menu. Don't know if this helps....
