I have edited sirens and gun sounds. As far as I know, I have edited vehicles.meta, handling and map texture

After remove the plugins its same RagePluginHook.log

I try run as admin and crash after spawn on police station. RagePluginHook.log

I dont try to spawn somethink, and now it crash after choosing car in garage. RagePluginHook.log
