For most of you, this is probably an idiotic question but for someone new to gamming, I cannot find the answer to a simple question. When pulling a pedestrian vehicle over I see a msg pop up that states if pedestrian does not pull over hold the L with a circle around it. Here is the dumb question. What the hell is that? The L on the keyboard, the Left trigger key? It is driving me up the wall and I know the answer is so simple but cannot find it. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you kindly.

Installed Cayo Perico last night on a clean copy and I was able to travel to the island to have a look around. The water does come up over the road a bit, but it is inconsequential. Its is nice to the island for single player. Thank you. -
Error: Unable to obtain folder permission. Please close all other applications before trying again. I do not have anything opened and not sure why I keep receiving this error. Please help.- 379 comments

I am really enjoying LSPDFR+. I am not a developer but would love to add some additional crimes to LSPDFR + that is not currently listed. How would I do that and is it possible for a person, with no modding experience, such as myself to achieve?
