  3. Thanks for your reply and I will be trying this if I run into the same issue. I managed to get it to work without disabling the anti virus I use, I just set the world events to zero and it started working fine WorldEvents.IntervalMultiplier = 0.0f WorldEvents.MaxNumberOfEvents = 0 now I am having a small issue where I can't even get the game to load with RPH after installing a extra plugins but I am running trials to see what I did wrong or if I can even get it to not crash without uninstalling everything.
  4. I can't seem to figure out how to make this work, I have already tried a few things like forced windowed mode and trying to load the plugin after I start the game and I just can't get RPH to load LSPDFR plugin at all. the only mods I am currently running is just NVR without enb and a few optional mods that come with it like brighter street lights and garbage density, pretty sure nothing that could be conflicting at all. I am really confused as to why it won't load it at all is anyone having the same issue? is there something I missed? can it just not run with NVR?
