Figured it out, Turns out it was just my Anti-Virus and it pretty much worked fine once I turned off my Firewall and Automatic Scanning.

I did, And now whenever I start up normal GTA 5, Even though I unistalled LSPDFR and Rage its in windowed mode. I'm just going to wait for a newer GTA 5 Verison and LSPDFR/Rage Verison. Unless someone else knows a way to fix my problem now.

Does no one care or does no one know? It would be nice for some help.. I've been waiting a couple days.

Update: Just Completely Unistalled GTA 5, AND Got the Newest version of LSPDFR and runned Rage as Admin, Still facing the same exact problem. Please Help.

So when I start up the game in RPH everything is normal and it starts loading, then it says waiting for game window, slow system or insufficient permission, then it opens the game and the game is just a windowed black screen. Rage Hook has me cancel out and GTA V has Windows Error. I installed LSPDFR and RPH with the normal setup installation. I watched countless videos and looked at other forums for problems and fixes and I can't find it, or a solution. The GTA V Directory is where its supposed to be and named "Grand Theft Auto V" (without quotes). This has been happening since I downloaded LSPDFR. After about an 2 1/2 hours of working on it I did get the game working and Rage did everything correctly I was in the game, But only the PD Icons on the map and LSPDFR had a Loading Icon thing at the Bottom right of the screen. So I tried reloading LSPDFR with the Rage Hook Command thing using f4 and Rage hook wouldn't let me reload it because it was "Freezing the game". So, I left the game to reload it and then the same thing with the black screen happened. And if my Anti-Virus was blocking it, it would pop up. And anyways I checked the Anti-Virus's list and there was nothing about it there. I can take a photo of it not loading correctly or my game directory if I need to. The only things I have installed are ScriptHookV and NativeUI, But I unistalled all the other mods.
