    Basically I have at least 35 mods installed, all of which of course took me a lot of trial and error as I haven't owned a pc before let alone mod a game but in short, to the best of my knowledge, everything is running the way they should be but I have noticed I don't have any backup or help unless on foot because anytime an AI officer (peds work) enters their vehicles, they simply sit there screeching the tires and turning the front two. I cant figure out what could be wrong let alone the address of the corrupted file but if anyone has had this problem lmk and help me out. The mods has been awesome so far just wanna experience the FULL experience. Thx.
