    I dont know how to fix this, Ive restarted pc, reinstalled gta, hard wiped gta (removed all files then redownloaded) So im out of options anyone help please? Im on lspdfr 4.2 and rage 66.1241.15481. I have Enable counter measures for online vehicles turned off so idk what to do
