This is a reskin/model edit for amazing (permission was granted by him). I reskinned it to standard vanilla Alderney State Police/New Jersey State Police style. I also removed extra upper body parts and left only edited vanilla ones. I also added second coat color and ranks.

Liberty City FIB Office has just received support from Hostage Rescue Team straight from D.C. Their first operation in LC was a success - only two out of three hostages killed and only four criminals escaped custody!

This is an FIB Hostage Rescue Team inspired/based skin for SWAT ped (you can use it in FBI slot, just install ?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent> first and then change m_y_swat with m_m_fbi in the filenames). There are 11 variations of the uniform, two balaclava colors (black and green) and a chance of gloves appearing with other heads. There are two versions - FIB and FBI. I took inspiration from CS:GO and Payday 2.

Installation:

Put all m_y_swat files in componentpeds.img and all m_y_swat_p files in pedprops.img.

Installation:

Find M_Y_COP.wtd using OpenIV (not Spark!) in componentpeds.img. Open it and look for all the files with uppr_diff_001_(any letter)_uni. If your last letter is b (uppr_diff_001_b_uni) then rename skin file to uppr_diff_001_c_uni and so on. Then turn on editing mode and open M_Y_COP.wtd again. Click on import texture and then select skin file.

Due to recent acquisition of Maibatsu Police Vincents by LCPD, Rapid Response Unit was granted few of them to replace old Vapid Croun Victor Police Interceptors. Thanks to those new vehicles, response time was shortened by 1 minute 27 seconds, according to Deputy Police Commissioner Francis McReary.

This is a quick skin I've made for great based of my few ideas and partially inspired by Liberty City Police Department - New units and skins (by SomerenV, can be found on GPM). It's based on classic LCPD/NYPD scheme, although it's colors are reversed and font has been changed. SomerenV also provided awesome white LCPD logo instead of standard one.

Just replace one skin of Police Vincent in SparkIV or OpenIV. It works for both Regular and Slicktop versions.

This is a RCMP skin for State Trooper ped. I've made it since there are many RCMP cars, but no officers. It uses heads from (permission was granted by him). It's a pretty simple skin, but I like it. There are 4 model variations. Hat is also included.

Installation:

Replace original files from componentpeds.img with those in "GTA IVcomponentpeds.img" and from pedprops.img with those in "GTA IVpedprops.img"

After that open file common/data/peds.ide (use notepad)

Find the line:

M_Y_STROOPER, M_Y_STROOPER_p, COP, move_cop, GESTURES@MALE, GESTURES@M_PHONE, FACIALS@M_LO, visemes@m_lo, 0, move_cop, null, -1,-1, PED_TYPE_PLAYER, M_Y_COP_WHITE, VOICE_PLY_CR
And replace it with:

M_Y_STROOPER, M_Y_STROOPER_p, COP, move_cop, GESTURES@MALE, GESTURES@M_PHONE, FACIALS@M_LO, visemes@m_lo, 0, move_cop, null, -1,-1, PED_TYPE_PLAYER, VOICE_PLY_CR, VOICE_PLY_CR
Then add at the very bottom:

M_Y_STROOPER, M_Y_COP_WHITE, 0 M_Y_STROOPER, M_Y_COP_HISPANIC, 1 M_Y_STROOPER, M_Y_COP_BLACK, 2
That will make all cops use their voice.
