    Same issue here, although adding that new folder didn't help me.

    As the title says, when trying to launch Rage, it wont hook the game, it just gets stuck at "launching game". The game loads fine without mods and works without crashing, my only issue seems to be that RPH simply wont hook the game, or cant tell that the game is launched. Ive deleted my entire GTA installation and reinstalled lspdfr from scratch, same issue. I have also turned off my antivirus and added an exception, same issue. If anybody knows whats going on, id really appreciate the help. Thanks.
