    Well it should be! I was going to get this until I found out that you can't go online and arrest those little punks running around with AK's Come on guys. Hire a couple of brainy hackers. Or even better set up a donation box. If everybody who wants it chipped in $5 or something you could pay Rockstar to allow it. Seriously, this would be awesome. But if its not online then I'm out.
