Couldnt find how to edit so adding it a new post. I followed First thirty minutes guides and installed everything except the graphics, cars and guns. For some reason its not working very well, after a pursuit when the suspect finally gives up you get him out of the car for example and he has his hands up and you just cant arrest/cuff him in any way, Ive spammed every single combination I can without luck. I added traffic policer, arrest manager, But I have trouble with abilities like frisking and cuffing just dont get the options on half of the calls. Also, I followed a suggestion in the forum that caused the permission/anitvirus warning in rage hook, to uncheck read only, but it keeps setting itself to read only directly again so The rage hook says its not working and shuts down, but LSPDFR loads anyway and function in the manner i described.

Hey. Ive been checking Sheriff ELI and he seems to have a nice combo of mods with several good easy menus, while my manually installed mods feel like a mishmash of chaos which is not working very well. Is there a suggested modpack to get to get a smooth experience or any other guides to follow to get a decent experience because I feel Im not too far from giving up and Id really like this if I could get it working better. Can some mods conflict or how should I go about choosing? How does skins work? The guide for a vehicle pack talks about putting files inside a folder path that ends way before the last folder, where one folder called something liked cph.pn10 or something is not a folder but a file and I cant get that to work. Id really like to see a complete modpack to use for a smooth experience like the one Sheriff ELI has managed to put together.
