Hello all! I'm a freelance graphic designer and motion artist. I started to mess around with EUP and decided to free release a small DOC pack for my first release! Always looking for suggestions and improvements so please let me know in the comments!

Ever wanted to start a clipboard or notepad animation for more immersion without having to go through menus? Now you can!

Features:
 
- Pull out a clipboard or notepad with the push of a button!
 
- Two options for what prop you want to use (which is changed via the ini file) a clipboard, or a notepad.
 
- If you press and hold the same keybind after the prop is pulled out and the animation starts, you put it away using the same animation, however, if you press the same keybind instead of holding it, it drops the props on the ground and instantly stops the animation. This is perfect for when suspects decide they want to pull out a weapon or start running, because you can quickly react.
 
- If you drop the props by quickly cancelling the animation, you can pick the prop back up by starting the animation again.
 
- Vehicle friendly keybinds! If you are inside any vehicle, the keybinds are temporarily disabled until you exit the vehicle. So you can overlap the keybinds with ones used for vehicles without issues.  
 
 
Known issues: 
 
- During testing, there were times where I noticed the props would not spawn when I try to pull out a clipboard. To fix this, I made the plugin check to make sure the prop is spawned whenever you start an animation, so if you ever notice that the prop does not appear, simply stop and restart the animation, that should fix it. 
 
- I advise that if you need to use the quick cancellation feature, to make sure your character is stopped, if your character is running/walking when you use the feature, it makes your character stop running/walking for a second, as of right now I do not have a fix for this.

How to install:

1. Use Jennie's custom anims mod add-on folder.

When Law Enforcement Officers or military personnel kill suspects, they often handcuff the person for safety reasons when the suspect's death isn't confirmed yet; the suspect might be unconscious or pretending to be. You may restrain dead people you or someone else killed. If you don't want to do so, you can hide the restrain prompt and continue handling the scene.
 
TL;DR: Why bother to restrain someone dead?: In-game, a person lying on the ground is considered dead, however not in real life, the person could be unconscious or pretending to be dead. Law Enforcement does this all the time.
 
Hold T or DPad Right to restrain the ped.
Press H to ignore the ped, meaning the prompt will be removed for that certain person.

Welcome to Definitive Callouts! This pack includes some of the most memorable Callouts LSPDFR will ever see!
 
Current and upcoming callouts will include both authentic and cinematic events. From minor traffic incidents up to exploding skyscrapers.
 
Are you tired of Callouts that just cease to exist once they are completed? Many Callouts in this pack feel alive. Shot a suspect during a call? Stick around and you might see the body being picked up after you already left the scene. Drive around the same area and you might spot a police car securing the area later on. The calls will live on in the world. Every action has consequences and the world will reflect this. It will evolve without your input.

Keybinds
Every key used by this pack can be changed in the DefinitiveCallouts.ini settings.
By default the following keys are used:
 
EndCalloutKey=End
DialogKey=Y
InteractionKey=X 

 
Installation:
NOTICE:  RageNativeUI is necessary for the pack to run correctly. Everything you need is included in this download. Follow the installation guide and you should not get any errors/crashes whatsoever.
 
Copy the plugins folder into your main Grand Theft Auto directory (ex: .../steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/)
If installed correctly it should look like this: Grand Theft Auto V/plugins/LSPDFR/DefinitiveCallouts.dll
Copy the RAGENativeUI.dll and RAGENativeUI.xml into the main Grand Theft Auto V folder (ex: .../steamapps/common/Grand Theft Auto V/)

Menu:
It is heavily suggested that you also install Police Menu. This will further inhance your experience with this pack!
 
Current Callouts:
Broken Vehicle: Drive to the area to find a civilian with a broken down Vehicle
Domestic Disturbance: A neighbor called the cops after a loud argument. Drive to the location and find out if everything is alright.
Barricaded Terrorists: Terrorist have taken hostages inside the FIB tower. Meet with the commanding officer to find a strategy to handle the situation.
Neighbor Dispute: Two neighbors are having a lot argument. Drive to the location and help figure things out.
Assist at Public Event: Meet up with the Head of Security and find out how you can help them.

Hi guys this is a simple retexture for the default EUP 9.4 Bodycam which changes the cam to Axon instead of Coil,
This works for both Male and Female and replaces both chest and armor variants
Install: Before installing make sure you have a mods foler in your GTAV folder and that it has EUP 9.4.
 
Locate your EUP folder at
"SteamLibrary\SteamApps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\Mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\eup"
 
Go into "dlc.rpf\x64" and you should see "eup_componentpeds.rpf"
 
Go into "eup_componentpeds.rpf" then go to EUP Axon Bodycam and open 
"Files" then drag and drop into the one in your game and you are done!

Hello guys! here is the general duties Holden Colorado Paddy Wagon used by ACT Police. This vehicle is used throughout ACT by general duties police officers and is used to transport offenders after being arrested. This vehicle features a working rear so players or peds can be placed in the back! It also features working message board and ally lights! This version sports a Hazard 90 light bar, check down below for the link to the Code 3 Pursuit version!
This vehicle is NON-ELS however I have attached a ELS XML which enables its use with ELS meaning the lights will work no matter if you are using ELS or NON-ELS.

Vehicle guide:
EXTRA-1: Front facing lights
EXTRA-2: Rear LEDs
These two above spawn every time on the vehicle.
Extra-3: Message board option
Extra-4: 2nd Message board option
Extra-11 & 12: Ally lights

using items from EUP 9.5 I retextured some of the items to look similar to the Chicago Police Department.
 
The file includes a long sleeve and short sleeve shirt texture along with a vest and baseball cap texture.

Seatbelt by Faya

Fasten your seatbelt to stay securely inside the vehicle, preventing ejection or being pulled out. If you forget to fasten it, a chime will play to remind you. You can choose from up to 16 different chimes and 2 different fastening and unfastening sound effects.

 
Important information:
Want to hold to fasten your seatbelt instead? Set HoldToFasten to true in the Seatbelt.ini
 
Press Left CTRL on the keyboard or DPad Up on the controller to fasten or unfasten your seatbelt. You can customize these keys in the settings.
Press F4 and enter "OpenSeatbeltSettings" to open the settings menu.


Audio & Visual Cues:
Once you step into a vehicle, you'll see a seatbelt indicator, meaning you do not have your seatbelt fastened. Once you start driving without your seatbelt on, the indicator will start blinking, and a chime will start playing.
 
Customization:
There are currently sixteen seatbelt chimes to choose from and four seatbelt sound effects to choose from. If you prefer a different keybind, you can change the keyboard key or the controller button in the settings file.
 
Settings Menu:
There is a settings menu you can use by opening the RAGEPluginHook console (F4) and entering "OpenSeatbeltSettings", this will open up a menu where you can change the settings in-game.
 
Chime Linking:
You can link different chimes to different vehicles, so as an example, you can link the Dodge chime to your Dodge Charger or your Chevrolet chime to your Silverado. Non-linked vehicles will use the value of the ChimeSound setting.
 
Quick Exit Feature:
You can quickly exit the vehicle by double-tapping the vehicle exit key. You will exit the vehicle, and the player won't close the door after exiting, although you can choose to have the player close it by setting "LeaveDoorOpenOnQuickExit" to false.
 
Miscellaneous:
When fastening or unfastening, your character will play an animation.
If you're using a controller, it will vibrate when interacting.
When fastened, you will not be able to leave the vehicle, nor will peds be able to pull you out of it.
You can even add custom chimes if you'd like; just place the .wav file in "Plugins/Seatbelt Media/Chimes" and update the ChimeSound setting to that audio file name.

Hi! Cabbage here! I hope you're having a wonderful day/evening wherever you are. I'd like to first of all thank all of you for keeping so patient with me, it's been a very very long time since I've posted anything, and you've stuck with me. Yay!
 
First of all, I wanna say a HUGE thank you to @zigzag109, none of this would've been possible without his help and guidance. I'd also like to thank @Jedahdiah for the badges of the PBPD cars, and also for being a huge inspiration to me for all these years. 
 
So, about this pack. I bought access to infidel's packs a while ago and MY GOD they are amazing. Really amazing. I thoroughly recommend them to anyone who wants amazing cars. You can get all of his cars as one purchase, and it's very affordable. I'd like to say that infidel hasn't endorsed me in any way to say this, I just think he does some amazing work.
 
I wanted to make my own skins for all of his cars. And all of those will be released publicly to you good folks, but I'm starting off with the smaller departments first. This means there will be many more releases coming from me in the coming months. I can't wait!

If you approach a detainee on a traffic stop, you could observe some things such as him or her not wearing a seatbelt, some alcohol containers on the passenger seat, or their side mirror might be broken. You'll get a notification when you encounter one of the observations.

If you encounter a crash, details of that crash are automatically reported to the developer, you may disable this in the Plain Sight.ini.

Personally, this is my best and favorite plugin. If you fire your weapon, there will be a small camera shake each time you fire, simulating a recoil effect. A heartbeat will play when you're in a firefight, aiming at an armed person, if you've been injured, or even when you're being chased by a dog. The camera shake is also used for other features, such as a big car collision, loss of health, and more. Below is a list showing all features. If there is a feature you do not want, each one can be disabled individually in the settings.

Audio Effect Triggers (So far, only hearbeat effect)

- Hand-to-hand combat

Menu
- Camera shake intensity setting
- Weapon recoil intensity setting
- Audio effect toggling
- Save, revert, and reset feature

Use X + 3 to open the menu, where you can change the intensity of the camera shakes or disable any audio effects.
