    I made it to the point when I can do whatever I want, I also forced DX11. None of these helped with the same exact issue.

    Sorry to hear, but I've got the same exact problem with my game. Just to know it's not on you - I think it may be some issue with the mod itself now. Nothing I tried worked. Give an update if you figure how to fix it.

    When I launch GTA 5 with LSPDFR loaded through RPH, game just crashes and tells me, that GTA V has stopped working unexpectedly. I have no idea what causes it, as it worked just fine week or two ago with all the current mods loaded as well. Things I've tried so far: - Force DX11 and Windowed Mode - no use. - Reinstalling all mods and downloading new RPH - no use. - Deleting one mod after another, to see what may cause the problem - no use. - Setting Plugin timeout threshold to maximum value - no use. I have legal copy of GTA V (retail, not on Steam), so that's not a problem as well. I run Windows 10 Home.
