    Disregard. I had a subfolder causing the issue... I had Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto V modded /Grand Theft Auto V

    I reinstalled a clean copy of GTA 5 to my SSD yesterday. Upon re downloading everything (just for rage/lspdfr) I get the "Could not hook game process. Insufficient permissions or bad anti-virus." after trying to start rage. I have tried turning of anti virus, starting as administrator and trying various settings ( force windowed mode etc..) No luck, any help? THANKS!
