    Why would you even want to go off duty? There's literally nothing to do. Stores don't work, can't do single player missions with the mod-enabled. Seems kind of moot to have those stats at all.

    If you have LSPDFR+ installed. That's likely the main culprit. LSPDFR+ hasn't been updated to work with 0.4
