i will probably have to do that, super frustrating though. the only "mods" i have installed are eup vest and earpiece and a uniform pack, along with [ELS][Addon/Replace][NON/Reflective] San Andreas Highway Patrol Pack 1.0.6, California Highway Patrol Officer & E.U.P 8.2 & 9.3 2.0.7. everything else i have is a plugin

It is still doing it unfortunately, This is my second attempt at it this week. just reinstalled because of the same problem the other day thinking it would fix

i will try it but i dont think its a performance issue. ive had like 3x more mods than this before and was perfectly fine. i have maybe 10 plugins and a car pack and a few cosmetics. i will let you know what happens. my specs are, rtx 5070, 64gb ram, ryzen 7 9800x3D. (only reason im doubting its performance) UPDATE : It did not fix the stutter. apparently im loading in with it even without loading lspdfr as a plugin. which is super weird. i dont know what it could be

its not a fps issue. its a lspdfr issue or something to do with it

so basically i load in through the RPH without any plugins loaded. I stutter maybe once or twice before it fixes and everything becomes smooth. I press f4 and load the plugin LSPDFR. Then thats where it all goes to crap. I start stuttering every 5-6 seconds consistently and i cant figure out why. My pc is very good so i know its not a performance issue. i had this problem yesterday and i reinstalled the game and cleared everything and tried again but its the same issue. my current plugins are GrammarPolice, police menu, traffic policer, arrest manager, cop holster, eupmenu, riskiertrafficstops, betterEMS, 686 callouts, supercallouts. I have a car pack installed and works fine and uniforms. I also have ELS installed. my directory has a heap adjuster and a packfilelimit adjuster. the game doesnt crash just an annoying stutter. I found the issue, it was my wireless headset. Something to do about disabling the audio enhancements in windows. fixed the issue

Update** it also does this as i honk the horn, so it may not be an ELS issue. i also dropped my RPH log below RagePluginHook.log

i think i have radiance v but it has never been an issue before.

So my game was working fine, then i start it up and now when i turn on ELS on my police vehicle my game stutters or pauses for a quick second until the lights come on, it does this everytime i change or turn on the lights, script hook v is up to date, i reinstalled ELS and advanced hook v is up to date..any suggestions?

So i installed lspdfr yesterday and it was working perfectly fine no lag or anything..but when i started it up today it took forever to load into storymode with rage hook and when i go to spawn i get a black screen saying "Loading LSPDFR" then i spawn and get terrible fps..my settings are fine..im in window's borderless..as i said before, it was working fine then bam its laggy. nothing changed so i do not know what has caused this..my plugins are fine..i restarted steam and my pc..validated my files and im still getting this
