  1. Locals driving unroadworthy cars

    Years ago I played LSPDFR with a mod / plugin that removed the local npcs driving unroadworthy cars (golf carts, dune buggy) as well as giving the locals riding dirt bikes a helmet. I recently got back to playing again and I can't seem to find a mod that does this. Does anyone know a mod or plugin that fixes this issue? Perhaps one that gives a random chance of spawning these unroadworthy cars as to still give the possibility of stopping someone driving one?
