    the problem was fivem being installed at the same time. uninstalled fivem and got it working!

    My bad on the incorrect section, but I have been playing lspdfr for like 3 years now so I always search before I post. Also have already tried setting it to 60,000 but that does not help.

    I fixed it lol, removed all plugins and it works with no lag or anything. I guess 0.4 plugins are not that stable right now with 0.4 being new so will have to play with limited features.
