I think I figured it out, I had a clean copy of GTA V, so what I did, was I turned off my anti-virus scanner, downloaded all of the required files again, and it worked, maybe trying this would help you.

I think they are aware of the situation and are trying to fix it, but I am just frustrated because I was looking forward to playing this mod, as I got GTA V for this mod as one of the main reasons.

Wow, must really be busy because no one if able to help me with the issue I am currently experiencing, unless I am not the only one experiencing this issue. 0.3 worked perfectly for me, but now that I have uninstalled and re-installed GTA V for a clean start, 0.4 will not work for me at all, I load up the game, then shortly after, the game crashes with the error message stated in my original post. I am not sure on what I should do, should I keep using 0.3 for the time being until the crashing issue, (if even a problem with the mod itself) is fixed?

Whenever I load up GTA 5 LSPDFR mod, via the RAGE plugin hook, the loading screen works normally, but shortly after I spawn into the world, LSPDFR crashes with an error message appearing at the bottom left, just above the minimap saying "Warning, LSPDFR (LSPD First Response.dll) has crashed. The only mods I Have installed are LSPDFR, RAGE hook, Script Hook V, and OPEN IV. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both GTA V and LSPDFR, but it still crashes. I am not sure how to fix the crashing from happening, so I came here to try and get some help.
