    I had the same problem. This doesn't have to do with LSPDFR, but with the RagePluginHook. It was unable to hook my game correctly (that's why F4 won't work), however, setting the game to windowed mode worked just perfect for me. And if you also choose windowed-mode without border, it looks perfectly the same as fullscreen mode, but will work. Hope this helps you guys!
