Hmm , Well when i was getting this error i was not typing in any username or password , But im reinstalling GTA and see what happens . :D

Should i Reinstall FrameWork ?

Im using the STEAM version of GTA IV. I have .NET Scripthook & C ++ Scripthook installed. I never used to get this error untill i removed the LCPDFR files from my GTA IV Directory , Installed Police Pursuit Mod , Uninstalled Police Pursuit Mod and tried Putting Back LCPDFR . Can someone Help please?
