So quick update I decided to delete gta v in total and completely reinstall everything, in doing so everything seems to be working good right now. I still need to install all my cars and plugins again and hopefully those won't ruin my game again. Anyway thanks for your help it was much appreciated.

Okay so ummm it won't load the game, when i start it up it goes through loading then hit the black screen where it says loading lspdfr from there i hear a ding and it says lspfr plugin blocked because it froze the game or whatever. Game kept loading for awhile i had to end task via task manager.So whats wrong now? So i stopped lspdfr from loading on start up and loaded in then started it and everything worked fine however im still having the issue of my game crashing when I call for back up or even get a callout

it should've been 1.78 considering I've re downloaded this 3 times within the last week, but i checked and it was 1.74 for some reason. I'll give it a try in a bit and let you know how it goes.

The problem i'm having is whenever I call for back up or a callout appears it crashes. It also crashes when trying to arrest a ped. Its basically a clean install with only one plugin. I've changed threshold to 60000 that didn't work. I changed some configurations in the .ini files for lspdfr and ragehook none of that worked. Game only works when I disable callouts and don't use backup or try and arrest people. Only thing I can really do is pull people over and look at my cool cop cars. Someone please help me!
