    This is a free set of patches for each agency in San Andreas. This is hopefully the first of many free sets I hope to create in the future. These patches are 100% fictional and not based off any real life agencies. (Cause I'm not trying to get anymore cease and desist letters, yes it's actually happened before) Feel free to use these for any eup creation or otherwise, and thank you for supporting Ghoul Development.
