So i've got a few questions since i could never get this to work, despite multiple attempts. I have my windows locale set to Japanese since spend alot of time translating and using programs that require it, so i'd rather not change it if possible. Meanwhile my Windows 10 is not in english by default. My questions are as follows. Would installing the English language pack make this work? What does installing a language pack actually do? Will it have any effects i should be aware of? Alternatively is there a way i could just keep the current settings and get it to work? Translating it into the language my windows is in would be too much work. I'd really love to get this to work, but i'm hesitant on installing windows things that may change things in my daily routine. Thanks in advance.- 587 comments

Is there any chance you could share how exactly you did this? (or ideally just a picture of the changed .ini file. ) I'm really only missing the Court system to get my full LSPDFR experience now and after messing with it for the last 2 hours its driving me nuts since i cant get it to work without crashing. -As a side note, it appears Darkmyre updated LSPDFR Comes Alive, Search Warrant, Agency Callouts etc...

The only thing i want now is the Court System. It gives me that sense of accomplishment after reading what the baddies get sentenced to/for. I'm severely missing it since 0.4 but otherwise i really like what's been done. Havent had any crashing issues besides the occasional stutter.

Getting quite severe stuttering, especially when the first callout pops up and around LS City. The country is mostly fine. Its a completely fresh install with only LSPDFR 0.4 so i gots no idea whats causing it. My system was able to run 0.3 with around 20 mods/plugins around 60fps before this which makes it even stranger. Just felt like mentioning it since the new LSPDFR Sync made me actually make an account after lurking for so long. That said however, i really like the new immersion/customization. Just waiting on the Callout/Computer+ etc plugins to update now to get truly rolling. -Side note. I agree with previous posters that 30 seconds to respond to a holdup is pretty ridiculous. I made it on time once in maybe 10 tries.
