    Based on Sam's most recent response, they said something along the lines of "We're still committed to bringing you guys 0.4 in February". That wasn't exactly a "Yep, update should be posted (example day of the next week)." So I'm guessing that they're still in hardcore development and we'll probably get an update on the 28th. Either way, a job very well done so far and I'm looking forward to see what you've done in the time!
