For some reason I can't get this to work, the menu wont open (M) and the strobe lights ontop of the cars are gone, I'm not using any car mods, just the default cars that come with the standard version of IV, any ideas what I'm doing wrong? I know it's loaded because the street names are under the radar and when I press certain keys I can hear the clicking sound it makes when settings are changed.
