Yes regardless of mods or _mods it still crashes.

So as the title suggests, I RPH crashes on startup with the game loading and playing in the background behind it, exactly like how Izhevsk is experiencing. The game was launching fine before I attempted installing DLS as my only plugin. It started doing what I am explaining, and after deleting the plugins folder it still continues to do the same thing. I had just an addon car pack installed that worked fine both prior and after RPH claimed the game crashed. I have weaponlimitadjuster, sirensetting adjuster, packfile limit adjuster, exeintegritybypass, and heapadjuster with a modified gameconfig in my mods folder. I have also tried running the game without these as well, but I have noticed after one game launch on a fresh install RPH crashes no matter what, and no matter what plugin I install initially the game crashes. It maintains the same loop with the listed mods installed as well. I disabled my mods with the ASIs still on and deleted plugins, I launched GTA without starting RPH and then executed RPH and it generated this log: RagePluginHook.log Without launching GTA first, RPH never creates a log so this is the best I can provide.
