I'm sorry I'm sure this has been asked a million times but I did a clean install and ragehook keeps telling me that I have a slow system or bad antivirus. I run the game 70fps on ultra so it's not that but I also have McAfee and Norton antivirus. I made an exception for the whole GTA folder in Norton and I tried to exclude individual files in McAfee since it won't let me do the whole folder. Sometimes it will launch fine other times it won't. I am not sure what the problem is.
