As the title states, I did a complete fresh install of GTA 5 and played the game past the Introduction Mission or the Prolog so that I'm playing as franklin. I then saved the game and quit then installed LSPDFR 0.4 along with the latest version of RagePlugin Hook and tried to launch after letting it set everything up but it just crashes to the GTA 5 Safe Mode prompt screen and just will not load LSPDFR. Both are clean installs, no other mods or plugins. I never had a issue with this Mod before, it only happened after I switched my GTX 960 to a GTX 1050 Ti graphics card. I doubt it's the graphics card but I mentioned it since I never had the issue with my old card. I figured out why. I had to add them to the exception list on my Anti-virus so maybe a suggestion for others who are having the same crash issues is to add GTA Both the exe file and GTALauncher exe files along the RPH exe file to the exception list it seems to a solved the issue for me.
