I know this makes no sense but it just randomly decided that it didn't want to lag this time. But hey I'm not complaining

It's a smooth slow motion. I could record a clip of it if you want.

I never have texture loss and according to the graphics settings I still have 3gb of memory left to use By the way it goes into slow motion it makes me think that its a cpu thing, not a graphics thing. the framerate stays the same but the game randomly goes into slow motion and it only happens when using a police car. If there are no police vehicles nearby then it's fine. I drove around with a random citizen vehicle and it was fine.

I already did this

The game would run buttery smooth until I replaced police, police2, police3, and police4 with custom vehicles. Now when I use the custom vehicles the game has random moments where the game seems to go into slow motion. It happens every few seconds and it lasts for about half a second. The cars are ELS and I tried this with multiple different vehicle packs and I have the same issue.

I also forgot to mention that these were the vehicles I installed.

Usually when I install vehicles I make a mods folder and put the vehicles in the latest patchday which has always worked until now. I put my vehicles into mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday23ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf. I replaced police, police2, police3, police4, sheriff, and sheriff2. The only one that has been changed to the new model was police. Any help would be great. I do have the asi loader installed from openiv.

I don't think so but I am getting back into lspdfr again so hopefully I dont have this problem again. @Jkoejak

How do I add support for those? Some vehicle packs have vehicles called police5, police6, and police7 but there is nowhere to put the since it is not a vehicle that comes with the game. I have seen things where people get it to work but I don't think NPC police use it though. If there is another forum that answers everything in this fully, please send me a link to it.

I finally found a fix to this. If you have the logitech gaming software installed, you must close it before launching red dead 2 or gta 5. For some reason it messes with the textures. A fix for it in FiveM is to set your texture quality to normal and then restart the game.

All I want to know is how do I remove something openiv that I added to my mods folder. I used the package installer to get the oiv file into my mods folder.

It doesnt sound like it does in videos I have seen of it. It is very high pitched and just doesn't sound like a siren. I installed it using the oiv file in the download

I was doing a traffic stop on someone and i got tazed. then lspdfr crashed. here is my crashlog. i used lspd persistence plugin to make this report. LSPD5 Bug Report Template.txt I forgot to say that I just added lspdfr to my computer and the first time running it, it crashed. i went to the description of jeff favignano's most recent lspdfr video and downloaded all of his plugins before playing.

My game lags to the point where it is almost unplayable. This only started after I switched to a different vehicle pack. I tried a few and they did not work. Am I just downloading bad vehicle packs or am I doing something wrong? If the vehicle packs are bad, can someone send me a link to a LSPD vehicle pack that looks good and does not make the game lag. I set it to load the game without any plugins and everything is fine but right when I type in the console "ReloadAllPlugins", the game starts lagging.

I need some callout packs that work on LSPDFR 0.4 and won't crash the game. Can people list links to some callout packs?

I only have LSPDFR and RAGEPluginHook installed. I just uninstalled all of my mods and I am restarting because I had some mods that made the game lag a lot and crash. For some reason, I have really quick lag spikes that last only less than a second. It lags before I go on duty

No my computer is fine. Its just that sometimes when I start up the game it takes forever for the textures to load.
