hello i have downloaded the gta iv police bike i added a new vehicle a every thing is in the right place and put it in els.ini and the els wont work any help

ok if he has the original i would get the original one if you want to play online with him if you dont just get the expansion but if you want to play online with each other you have to have the same vehicles and peds

ok well they with both work but the reg gta iv on has 7 police cars and expansion if it is ballad of gay tony have i think 11 or 12 i would get expansion you can still have almost every mod ps. but if your brothers already have it installed on your pc i dont think you would have to buy it agian
