    Hello! I am having some trouble using my emergency lighting on the downloaded skin I installed following a tutorial. I used OpenIV to install it, all I did was replace the vehicles and now only the tail lights flash, nothing else. I didn't have to move over any other files, nor would I know how to if you told me what to move - just being honest. Skin installed - Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am newer to this and I am looking to learn! Thanks ahead of time!
