    Before i begin sorry if this is in the wrong place. I am new to pc gaming and new to LSPDFR. Long story short i have everything installed as need be BUT, i have added a few plugins to the game but when i start ragehook none of them appear. Ive followed all pathways as the videos i have watched says. I just dont know what step i am missing here. Please help me, you can even add my discord and we can talk if thats easier for me to explain it more. Thanx in advance
